Existing monument.

My existing monument isn’t really a monument, more of a reminder to the public what could come of if the landfill problem grows.   In the growing city of Beijing have over two hundred landfills.  “China Takes Aim At Landfill Stench....With Giant Perfume Guns?”) With the largest and most complained about being Asuwei landfill.  The near by citizens are complaining about the stench that is slowly growing in and around their houses.  The only way their government handles the landfill is to mask the smell with a fragrance or perfume as some say.  The Guns are set up to spray tons of these chemicals in the air. “China Takes Aim At Landfill Stench....With Giant Perfume Guns?”) I would want people to see these landfills to show what the potential problem could be for the Fargo area and the citizens that live in it.  This would also show the visitors that it is better to fix the problem then to just mask it with pretty smells. Plus who knows what could happen by releasing that amount of chemical into the populations atmosphere.  So it may not be a monument that shows strength or pride for doing something but the place that I want people to visit is to show a problem in the making for the great city of Fargo and the citizen that live in it.
